You may not upload any images, designs or other material protected by copyright without the permission of the actual copyright owner.  

By uploading images, designs or other material to the Farmtown Merch website or otherwise providing Farmtown Merch with such images, designs or other material, the uploading party warrants and represents that it owns all of the copyright in such images, designs or other material; it has received permission from the person or entity who owns the copyright in such images, designs or other material; or that the images, designs or other material are in the public domain.

The uploading party further warrants and represents that it otherwise has the full and unencumbered right to upload and/or provide such images, designs or other materials and that such uploading or providing, or any use by Farmtown Merch, will not infringe any rights or interests of others and the uploading party agrees to indemnify Farmtown Merch for all damages awarded against and all attorneys' fees and costs incurred by Farmtown Merch for any such infringement.  By uploading images, designs or other materials onto the Farmtown Merch site, the uploading party grants Farmtown Merch the non-exclusive right and license to display, copy, publish, distribute, modify, transmit, print and use such images, designs and other material.
